- Discussed the role of feuds in our society (as well as past societies), and how the concept of feuds relates to our study of Romeo and Juliet.

- I provided a brief background to the Bosnian/Yugoslav wars and Slobodan Milosevic to set up our viewing of "Romeo and Juliet in Sarajevo."
- We began viewing the documentary "Romeo and Juliet in Sarajevo" as the beginning of our unit, which will see us compare the documentary with Shakespeare's play, Romeo and Juliet. We watched to the 35 minute mark

ELA 9A - Period 2
- Period 2 was exactly the same as Period 1, except that we finished reading and highlighting the handout about Shakespeare and his times. We also were not able to start watching the documentary yet. We will begin watching the documentary tomorrow.

Technology 9 - Periods 3 & 4
- Students continued to work on Module 3 (Create a Cookbook with MS Publisher). Tomorrow is the last day to work on this module.
